Interior Painting - Before any painting is started we will cover all surfaces including floors,
furniture and anything else that shouldn't have paint on it. Then we
thoroughly prepare the walls and trim
including spackling nail holes, repairing nail pops,
removing failing drywall tape and retaping, and caulking as necessary. Only
then do we apply the paint with brushes and
rollers. At the end of the day we are
meticulous in our clean up, with vacuuming, mopping, whatever it takes.
Materials are kept in a staging area and we always
try to finish all rooms started in a day so you have their use at night.
Exterior Painting - Much like inside we will cover plants,driveways and concrete or brick
surfaces. The preparation will include caulking, puttying nail holes, scraping
loose paint and sanding the edges, and spot-priming the bare wood. At the
end of each day all materials including ladders will be neatly stacked in an
inconspicuous area of your yard.
Wallpaper Removal - We have tons of experience here and years of trial and error have taught us
exactly the quickest way to remove wallpaper, and this will save you money.
This is an area where you will appreciate how well we clean up, because it is
messy work.
Carpentry - Almost every exterior job requires that some wood trim be replaced due to rot.
We have a carpenter on staff to take care of this. This helps us stay on
schedule since we don't have to wait for a subcontractor to do the work.
Power Washing - We wash aluminum, wood, and vinyl siding, concrete, brick, fences and decks.
Some jobs require a simple application of chemicals and a rinse, while others
require a very thorough cleaning where the worker needs to climb ladders
and get very close with the water gun. Our guys know how to do the job
correctly.
Deck Sealing - Decks come in all shapes, sizes, and colors. You may have a wood color
deck that you want a solid color, or a painted deck that you want wood
colored. Whatever the situation we have the experience to to give your deck
the appearance that you want.

homeowners replacing drywall caused by water leaks. We can help you
determine whether you should just patch a piece or totally replace it. We try
